Trial by Twelve by Heather Day Gilbert

This series is about a young mother who has a penchant for attracting trouble but, has an uncanny ability to help solve crime. In this book she helps to stop a serial killer who has been killing for decades. Fast paced and exciting at times and yet,  the reader is transported back in time to a quieter time in the mountain of West Virginia where one experiences the customs and charms of small town southern life at it’s best.

Drawing Fire by Janice Cantore

Drawing fire is a riveting novel about a homicide detective chasing a  27 years old cold case that she was personally involved with. Strong characters and interesting plot will have me looking for more novels by this Author but, not before checking for sequels! The book stops at a huge exasperating cliff-hanger and only Janice Cantore knows when or where the story will end.
