Tidewater Summer by Jo Huddleston

This story is set in the early Fifties.  Rose the main character is running away from an abusive finance.  Her aunt has a place at the beach where she can stay while trying to get her life back together.  The local handy man (Frank) tries to court her, but she is not ready nor does she trust men.  Still in constant fear of her ex-finance showing up, does Rose give Frank a chance?

I was provided a copy of this book by the author through TBCN/BookFun in exchange for my honest review.

This review was posted to  Goodreads and Amazon.
